Version 5.17 download not working

Hi

When I try to unzip the file I get an error message saying file is corrupt. Could you please help?

OK. I got beyond that by trying more than five times. Got lucky on the fifth.
But now the moment I attach the EA on a second chart in brings down the entire MT4.

I can attach it on one chart. Thats all. Please advise.

Dear Adoballa,

In order to solve your problem please try the following solutions:

1 - Uninstall the previous version of your EA, you will find the uninstall in Start/Programs/Forex Real Profit EA
2 - Make sure that your Windows is fully installed without system errors
3 - Please check that the downloaded .zip file is 2.86 MB in size.
4 - Try it on a 2nd and 3rd PC and see if you get any errors
5 - Download the update v5.17 file while antivirus software is disabled
6 - Reduce the memory load of your PC by:
a) Reduce the number of bars in the history of all charts ... you can find it under options/ on Meta Trader platform
b) Go to history directory and try to clean some of the large pairs files, you could see some files are actually over 13MB ( that really eats much of your PC's memory and it is the common problem with loading MT4)
c) On your windows/properties/Advanced/Performance/DEP (add terminal.exe to the allowed programs)
d) Consider to increase the virtual memory in general best set-up is (RAM size x 2)

If you still have problems please let us know and we will dive deeper to find if anything else causing the error.

We learned that this is a random situation. It happened to very few people. If you encounter this problems please let us know so we can discover what is causing it. We suspect that this is related to certain software installed on some PCs.
