Why My EA is still off

Why...EA does not open a position is it just me or is there currently news? what is the ideal amount for deposit so EA can open a position? or I make the wrong settings? even though I use the default settings

Location:
Broker \ logs
and
Broker \ MQL4 \ Logs
(Click on "Open Data Folder" from MT4 File menu, to find the correct location)
