Dear tradingshed,

Pease check page 11 from the Manual to see if the Configuring of the MetaTrader4 platform is correct. (This is the most common mistake.)
Please check the Expert Tab and Journal to see if there is an error.
Use the default settings first, to see if the robot is trading and change the settings if you want only after the first trades.
If nothing works, I would want to remotely access your computer/VPS using the secure service from Teamviewer to see if anything is wrong with MT4
platform settings.
If you agree, please setup Teamviewer and tell us when we can login.

Hi, MT4 is fine and the settings are standard.

My broker is Hot Forex Currenex. I would be happy for you to check it remotely, I have Teamviewer installed.
