Do Fridays suck?

Hi FRP Team,


yesterday the EA did not take any trades; the 'Trade Session' line of the EA's indicator showed 'Closed', even between 21.00 and 22.00 GMT.

At first I was confused, since I test the EA with default settings.
Then I remembered that it was the same thing Friday last week.

So I had a look at some of ForexRealProfit's Myfxbook portfolios and also checked out one of the backtest links.
I found that no trades were ever taken on a Friday ... live, demo, or backtesting.

Have you found Fridays to be bad days for the EA and therefore disabled trading for this day?

Dear Paladin,

The robot doesn't trade on Friday evening because there is not enough time for trades to close before the market close.
So it can become dangerous to left open trades over the weekends.
The idea is to enter and exit the trades as quick as possible, to minimize the risk.
